The Wonderchef Ebony 5L Biryani Handi is a heavy-duty hard anodized cookware designed especially for biryani, pulao, curries, and large-family cooking. It comes with a strong curved handi design that helps retain moisture and enhance flavor during “dum” cooking.
Made from high-quality aluminium with a 60-micron hard anodized coating, it is 2.4× harder than steel, making it highly durable, scratch-resistant, and long-lasting. The surface is non-reactive, so it does not affect the taste of food even when cooking acidic ingredients like tomatoes or spices.
The flat, thick base ensures even heat distribution, while the tight-fitting lid helps lock steam and aroma inside, making it ideal for authentic biryani-style cooking.
