Eligibility for Returns

  • Return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or special promotion (unless defective).
  • Opened perishables, consumables, or personal hygiene products.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items not in original condition.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
