Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. For remote or restricted pin codes, delivery timelines may be longer. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment via the courier's website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rjhousemart.com with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
