The Wonderchef Ebony 24 cm Hard Anodized Wok (2.7 L) is a strong, everyday-use kadhai/wok designed for Indian cooking like biryani, pulao, curries, and stir-fry dishes.
It is made from pure virgin aluminium with a 60-micron hard anodized coating, which makes it 2.4× harder than steel, highly durable, and scratch-resistant. The surface is non-reactive, so it does not affect the taste or color of food even when cooking acidic ingredients like tomatoes or spices.
The wok has a deep curved body with a flat base, which helps in even heating and better oil distribution, making it perfect for both shallow and deep cooking. The included tight-fitting lid helps retain steam, moisture, and aroma, especially useful for dum-style cooking like biryani.
